This page states the warranty we provide on hardware bought from vaperan.com. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are separate and are described on the manufacturer’s website.
What is covered
- Dead on arrival (DOA): a device that does not power on, charge or produce vapor out of the box.
- Manufacturing defects in rechargeable devices (pod systems, box mods, pod-based disposable batteries) that appear within the warranty period under normal use: charging port failure, fire button failure, screen failure.

What is excluded
- Consumables: coils, pods, cartridges, e-liquid, and disposables that have been used past the DOA window.
- Physical damage, liquid damage, drops, crushed devices, damage from non-approved chargers or fast chargers.
- Battery wear from normal use, cosmetic scratches, and taste or flavor preferences.
- Devices with removed serial numbers or authenticity codes, or modified devices.
- Products not bought from vaperan.com.
How to submit a claim
- Use the contact form with your order number, the product, a description of the fault and a short video or photos showing it.
- We confirm the claim by email, usually within [OWNER: response time, e.g. 2 business days], and may ask for troubleshooting steps first (charging test, pod reseat, coil change).
- If a return is needed we send instructions and a prepaid label. Batteries must ship by ground.
Proof of purchase
Your vaperan.com order number is your proof of purchase. Keep the packaging until you are sure the device works.
Inspection and resolution
After inspection we replace the item with the same model, or, if it is out of stock, offer an equivalent product or a full refund to the original payment method. Replacement shipping is on us.
