Accepted payment methods

When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you place the order. If we cannot complete age verification or cannot ship to your address, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
Payment security
Checkout runs over HTTPS. Card details are entered into the payment processor’s secure form and are processed by them; Vaperan never sees or stores your full card number. No payment system can promise absolute security, so we also recommend watching your statements and contacting us about anything unexpected.
Failed payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. Common causes are a billing address that does not match the card, a bank blocking an unfamiliar merchant, or insufficient funds. Check with your bank and try again, or use another method.
Refunds
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We issue them promptly once approved; banks and card issuers typically post them within 5 to 10 business days.
Currency and taxes
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales and vapor excise taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and shown before you pay.
Restrictions
Payment must be made by the person placing the order, who must be 21 or older. We do not accept prepaid gift cards, cryptocurrency or cash on delivery unless listed above.
