This policy applies to purchases made on vaperan.com. It is written to match how our store is actually set up, and it does not remove any rights you have under your state’s consumer laws.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date.
What can be returned
- Unopened products in their original sealed packaging, including intact authenticity seals.
- Devices that are defective on arrival (see the Warranty page).
- Items we shipped in error (wrong product, flavor or color).
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used devices, pods, disposables and e-liquids. These are consumable, hygiene-sensitive products and cannot be resold.
- Items with broken seals, missing packaging or removed authenticity codes.
- Items returned after the return window.
How to start a return
- Send a message through the contact form with your order number, the item, and the reason. Add photos for damage or wrong-item claims.
- We reply with a return authorization and the return address. Do not ship anything before receiving it.
- Pack the item securely. Lithium batteries must ship by ground; we tell you which service to use.
Return shipping cost
We pay return shipping when the item is defective or we made a mistake. For all other returns the customer pays return shipping, and the original outbound shipping fee is not refunded.
Refunds
Once the item arrives and is inspected, the refund is sent by the method you paid with, as described on the Payment Methods page.
Exchanges
We do not run a separate exchange process. Return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for what you want; for wrong-item or defective claims we ship the correct or replacement item at no cost.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report them as soon as you can after delivery, with photos. We replace or refund, including any shipping paid.
Cancelled and refused orders
Orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full. Orders refused at delivery or returned after failed adult-signature attempts are refunded minus outbound shipping.
