Ordering and age verification
Do I have to be 21 to order?
Yes. Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for all tobacco and vapor products. We verify age at checkout and the carrier checks ID and collects an adult signature at delivery.
Why was my order held or cancelled?
Usually because the age check could not be completed, the shipping address is in a state we cannot serve, or the billing details did not match. We email you the reason and refund any cancelled order in full.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The Payment Methods page lists exactly what is enabled at checkout. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Shipping
How is my order shipped?
Vapor products cannot travel by USPS and are refused by standard FedEx and UPS services, so we use a carrier that handles age-restricted goods with adult-signature delivery. Processing and transit times are on the Shipping Policy page.
Which states can you ship to?
Shipping depends on state and local law, including flavor restrictions in several states. The Shipping Policy page lists the destinations we currently serve and is updated as rules change.
Returns and warranty
Can I return a vape?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within the window on the Returns & Refunds page. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened devices, pods and liquids cannot be returned unless they are defective on arrival.
What if my device is dead on arrival?
Contact us within the period stated on the Warranty page with your order number, a short description and a photo or video. We replace or refund confirmed DOA items.
Products
Are your products authentic?
We buy from authorized distributors. Most brands print a scratch-off authenticity code on the box; verify it on the manufacturer’s website.
Why does my 30K disposable not last 30,000 puffs?
Puff counts are the manufacturer’s maximum estimate in the lowest power mode. Boost or pulse modes use liquid two to three times faster. Compare devices on e-liquid capacity in mL, explained in our Buyer’s Guide.
Are these products FDA authorized?
Only a small number of e-cigarette products hold FDA marketing authorization. Most flavored disposables are marketed without one. We list every item under its real brand and model so you can check its status yourself.
Do you sell nicotine-free products?
Yes, several disposables are offered in 0% versions. They are still sold to adults 21 and over only.
