Vaperan banner guide

A Lost Mary is a rechargeable disposable vape. Every Lost Mary listing at Vaperan is draw-activated: there is no fire button, and the device heats when you inhale. When one will not charge or stops hitting, check four things in this order: the battery, the e-liquid, the airflow and the mouthpiece. On the NERA Fullview 70K kit and NERA Pureview 40K kit, also check that the pod is seated on the battery.

How to read this page: the figures (battery, capacity, charging port, box contents) are quoted from the product listings. The checks and handling steps are general guidance from Vaperan for this type of device; no listing states them.

1. Charge it

7 of the 8 Lost Mary listings give USB Type-C as the charging port. The exception is the Lost Mary NERA Fullview 70K pods (not published). Battery sizes run from 600mAh to 1000mAh on the listings that publish one. A device that was working and has simply stopped producing vapor often has a flat battery.

Plug a USB Type-C cable into the device and into a computer port or a basic 5V USB adapter. The specification lists for the MO20000 Pro, MT15000 Turbo, Ultrasonic 35K and NERA Pureview 40K kit include a battery life indicator. Give a fully drained device 15 minutes on the cable before deciding that it will not charge.

2. If it will not charge

  • Try a second cable and a second power source. Use a plain 5V port: some fast chargers do not power a device that cannot negotiate with them.
  • Look into the charging port for lint and clear it with a dry wooden toothpick, never metal.
  • No Lost Mary listing includes a cable or a charger; none of the in-the-box lines lists one.
  • A new device that shows nothing after 15 minutes on a known-good cable is a warranty case (below).

3. Check the e-liquid

The specification lists for the MO20000 Pro, MT15000 Turbo, Ultrasonic 35K and NERA Pureview 40K kit include an e-liquid level indicator. If the level reads empty, or the vapor has turned thin and tastes dry or burnt on a charged device, the e-liquid is gone. Lost Mary devices are prefilled: on the NERA Fullview 70K kit you replace the pod, the NERA Pureview 40K kit comes with refill containers, and on the one-piece models the device is finished.

4. Open the airflow

2 of the 8 listings publish an adjustable airflow (see the table). A draw-activated device needs air moving through it to fire; if the control is fully closed, open it and try again.

5. Clear the mouthpiece

Condensation collects in the mouthpiece and can block the draw. Wipe it, blow gently through the mouthpiece away from your face, and stand the device upright for a few minutes. On a new device, make sure any plug or sticker has been removed.

6. Reseat the pod

On the NERA Fullview 70K kit and NERA Pureview 40K kit, take the pod off the battery, wipe the contacts on both parts with a dry cloth and put the pod back so that it sits flush.

What not to do

  • Do not open the casing. Inside is a lithium battery that can short, and the warranty excludes modified devices.
  • Do not charge a device that is swollen, dented, hot or leaking. See vape battery safety.
  • Do not use a laptop or phone fast charger, and do not leave it charging unattended.

When it is a warranty case

A new device that fails these checks out of the box may be dead on arrival. Disposables and prefilled pods are covered for dead-on-arrival faults reported within 1 month of delivery. Contact us with your order number and a short video or photos of the fault; the Warranty page explains what is covered and how to claim.
