Who can open a wholesale account
- A registered business with a state tobacco or vapor retail license (or distributor license) valid for its location.
- A resale or sales-tax certificate where your state issues one.
- A business address that can receive adult-signature freight. We do not ship wholesale orders to residential addresses or PO boxes.
- All purchasers and end customers must be 21 or older. Under the PACT Act every wholesale delivery is reported to the destination state’s tax administrator.
