This page lists the payment methods that are switched on at our checkout. Every order is paid in full before it ships.
Accepted payment methods
- Zelle - Pay by Zelle from your US bank account. After you place the order we email you our Zelle details. Your order ships once payment is received.
- Bitcoin - Pay in Bitcoin. After you place the order we email you the wallet address and the Bitcoin amount for your order total. Your order ships once the transaction confirms.
How paying works
- Place your order and choose Zelle or Bitcoin at checkout. No payment is taken on the website itself.
- Your order is placed on hold and the payment details for the method you chose are sent to the email address on the order.
- Send the payment. Once it has arrived and age verification is complete, the order is processed and shipped.
Zelle
Send the exact order total in US dollars and put your order number in the memo. The payment must come from a bank account in the name of the person who placed the order. Zelle moves money directly between bank accounts and your bank generally cannot reverse it, so check the details we send you before paying.
Bitcoin
Order totals are set in US dollars. We confirm the Bitcoin amount for your order by email. Network fees are paid by the sender, and the order is released once the transaction has confirmed on the network.
Wholesale orders
Approved wholesale accounts pay by bank transfer only, in full, before the order ships. Bank details are provided with the order confirmation. Zelle and Bitcoin are not offered on wholesale orders.
Payment security
Checkout runs over HTTPS. We never ask for card numbers, online-banking logins or wallet keys. Payment details are only ever sent from info@vaperan.com; if you receive payment instructions from any other address, do not pay and contact us.
Unpaid orders
An order that stays unpaid may be cancelled. Contact us if you need more time.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent by the method you paid with: by Zelle to the account that paid, or in Bitcoin to an address you give us. Bitcoin refunds are calculated on the US-dollar value of the order.
Currency and taxes
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales and vapor excise taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and shown before you place the order.
Restrictions
Payment must be made by the person placing the order, who must be 21 or older. We do not accept cards, cash on delivery or any method not listed above.
